LUMO CORE APP

This project showcases the UX/UI design process for “Lumo Core,” a smart home control application concept designed to simplify how people interact with modern home technology.

The idea behind Lumo Core is to create a centralized smart home hub where users can control and manage all of their connected devices from a single app. Through one simple interface, homeowners can adjust lighting, control speakers, manage TVs, regulate air conditioning, and operate other smart home features with just a tap of a button. The goal of the app is to make everyday living smoother, more efficient, and fully connected. The concept was developed with technology-focused consumers in mind—people who enjoy integrating the latest innovations into their homes and want a convenient way to manage their smart devices. I began the design process by sketching the core layout and user flow to ensure the interface would feel intuitive and easy to navigate. From these early sketches, I developed wireframes and later built a high-fidelity prototype in Figma, refining each screen to emphasize clarity, accessibility, and a modern visual design. The final result demonstrates how thoughtful UX planning and clean UI design can transform the idea of a smart home into a seamless digital experience.
